摘要随着社会经济的发展和社会的进步，女大学生创业给社会带来了一定的经济 效益。研究高校女大学生创业意愿问题也成为研究创业理论的重要组成部分。本 文主要研究地方高校女大学生的创业意愿。以师范大学为例，对该校 女大学生的创业意愿进行调查和分析。了解师范大学女大学生的创业意愿的 现状，得出该校女大学生创业意愿不是很强的结论。探究造成其原因的影响因素， 并就如何培养地方高校女大学生的创业意愿给予相关解决措施。74688

Research on the entrepreneurial intention of female college students in Local Colleges -- Taking Normal University as an example

Abstract With the development of social economy and the progress of society，female college students’ entrepreneurship has brought some economic benefits to the society。 Research of problems of female college students has become an important part of entrepreneurship theory。 This paper studies local university female students' entrepreneurial intention, taking Xuzhou in Normal University as an example, and analyze the school's female college students' entrepreneurial intention。 The

status quo of entrepreneurial intention of female college students can be obtained。 It is concluded that the school's female college students' entrepreneurial intention is not strong。To explore the reasons of its influencing factors,and give relevant solutions on how to develop local university female students' entrepreneurship。
