摘要由于我国人口老龄化、家庭空巢化趋势的不断加快，我国城市空巢老人的数 量也在急剧攀升。近年来，关于城市空巢老人在家意外去世却一直没有人知道的 社会事件屡屡发生，对于城市空巢老人如何养老则成为当下中国社会一个亟待解 决的问题。本文以昆山市为例，将居住在昆山全市范围内年满 60 岁及以上的空 巢老人当做研究对象进行抽样调查，采用文献研究法、问卷调查法等方式进行研 究，使用 SPSS17。0 统计软件对昆山市空巢老人的养老状况和需求进行数据分析， 总结出目前在昆山市空巢老人养老模式方面所存在的种种缺点与不足之处，从而 引入社会工作介入的概念，针对家庭养老、机构养老以及社区居家养老这三种养 老模式分别阐述社会工作介入的方法，并且希望这对我国城市空巢老人的养老工 作也能够给予一定的参考和借鉴作用。74691

Research on the Urban Empty Nester Pension Issues and the Social Work Intervention A Case Study on KunShan
Abstract Due to the aging of the population in our country, empty nest family trend of accelerating, the number of Chinese urban empty nest elderly is rising sharply。 In recent years, social events like an urban empty nester died in home accident has not known occurred frequently, for how urban empty nesters pension has become contemporary Chinese society an urgent problem。 Taking KunShan as an example, taking live in KunShan within the city aged 60 and over empty nesters as the research objects to conduct a sample survey, using literature research method and questionnaire survey, data analysis of endowment situation and needs of SPSS17。0 statistical software is used for the empty nest elderly in KunShan, summed up the urban empty nester pension modes’ shortcomings and deficiencies in KunShan at present and the concept of social work intervention。 Explaining the methods of social work intervention for the introduction of family pension, pension institutions and community home care of the three pension modes respectively, and hope that can give a certain reference for the urban empty nester pension work in our country。
