江苏农村独居老人生活困境及社区支持的研究

摘要随着城市化进程的加快，农村劳动力越来越频繁的来到城市，留下的农村人口中存在着独居老人这样一个特殊的群体，他们高龄，丧偶或早年离异，缺乏社会支持以及他人关爱。农村独居老人的生活困境已经成为一个焦点，受到政府部门、学者等社会各界人士的广泛关注。本文将从社会工作的专业角度出发，采用个案访谈的方法，辅以观察法和无结构访谈法，通过对江苏省南通市 X 村的 8 位独居老人的生活现状进行访谈和调查分析，从而了解到他们目前主要的生活困境有：身体机能老化或患有疾病、经济困难得不到补助、生活单调导致的心理空虚以及因为为子孙操心而操劳过度等问题。本文尝试给出的建议有：强化相关政府部门的责任意识，在村中多宣传邻里互助的重要性，同时提高社区对养老服务的购买能力；完善政策法规，加大对老人医疗制度的改善力度；开展居家养老服务，对家庭成员普及家庭养老模式的观念等。76015

Abstract With the acceleration of urbanization process,Rural labor force more and more frequently to the city,Leaving rural elderly people living alone in the existence of such a special group and they are elderly, widowed or porced early, lack of social support and care from the others。The life plight for The aged live alone in the rural areas has become a focal point widespread concern government departments, academics and other sectors of the community。This article from a professional point of departure of social work using case interview method and supplemented by observation and unstructured interviews。It could be knew the current plight of the main living there through the interviews and survey analysis for the 8 elderly living alone in X village Nantong City Jiangsu Province:bodily functions or suffering from a disease of aging、economic difficulties are not subsidies、monotonous life lead to mental emptiness and worry too much for sons。This paper attempts to give the advice:strengthen the sense of responsibility of the relevant government departments;Propaganda the importance of neighborhood solidarity and simultaneously improving community care service purchasing power;Improve policies and regulations,increase efforts to improve the health care system for the elderly;Carry out home care service,popularize the concept of family pension and so on。
