淮安市地下空间开发现状及建议

摘要：在连续推动的城市化过程中，城市化水平的提高和以土地资源占据量的持续减少成为城市发展的愈加集中的主要冲突。危机的不断升级，城市本就不多的自然宝贵的资源危及地下空间资源，解决城市开拓过程中新的栖息空间问题，解决交通冗杂、环境污染、城市用地少等问题的最有效方法就是城市地下空间的发展。所以，研究地下空间开发具备极为紧要的价值。本文以江苏省淮安市地下空间开发为例，主要研究淮安市地下空间开发的现状及成因，以及提出合理有效的建议，有效地保障地下空间的充分发展。76347

Abstract：In the process of urbanization, the improvement of the level of urbanization and the continuous reduction of the quantity of land resources become the main conflict of the urban development。 The escalation of the crisis, not more than the city of precious natural resources endanger underground space resources, solve the urban development process in a new habitat space problems, solve the problems of traffic jumbled, environmental pollution, urban land less and the most effective method is the urban underground space development。 Therefore, research on the development of underground space has a very important value。 Taking the underground space development in Huaian city of Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper mainly studies the present situation and causes of the development of underground space in Huaian City, and puts forward reasonable and effective suggestions to ensure the full development of underground space。

1 前言

从远古时期开始，地球人就已经逐步开发地下空间。如今，中国城市的迅猛变化带来了一连串的环境与资源问题：火速般的人口增长引来环境的生存危机；愈发窄小的建设用地，低矮的栖身场所，拥堵的交通，落伍的基础设施。中国城市要想解决这一连串存在的问题，必需闯开一条顺应国情的开拓的途径。要想解决由迫在眉睫的需求与短缺的供应之间的矛盾，势在必行的就是增加城市的空间容量。但是，以前毫无章法地向周边扩张和向空间建造高层、高架桥和立交桥的城市发展状况，是无法顺应如今快速发展的中国了。单个功能方面，地面空间发展是比不上有着更有效用的地下空间的可持续可比性。是以，中国的地下空间开发在以后会给都市的开拓带来新的机会和危机。本文以淮安市为例，探讨其地下空间开发现态，剖析隐藏的病灶，摆出建议，为建设可持续发展的适宜人类栖息的城市提供依据。论文网淮安市地下空间开发现状及建议:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_87590.html
