摘要随着电子商务产业的兴起，给旅游业也带来了很大的契机。近年来，在线旅游平台的崛起给传统旅行社造成了巨大的冲击，使得传统旅行社面对了很大的挑战，但与此同时也是个很大的机遇。本文通过资料搜集分析了在线旅游平台（以携程为例）和线下传统旅行社（以中青旅为例）的运营模式，并通过用户体验调查，发放问卷调查的方式，搜集了用户对在线旅游平台和传统旅行社的看法，以此，并结合各自的优缺点，阐述发展现状和存在问题，并提出传统旅行社结合电子商务的效果展望。76653
