摘要随着我国人口老龄化的加重，人口性别比严重失调，生育政策不断被放开，二孩时代已经到来。但是在二孩政策推行过程中，由于二孩照料问题和自身发展等原因，高校教师群体生育二孩频频遇冷。本文基于对学育龄教师生育意愿的调查数据，描述了不同二孩生育意愿教师的比例和特征，并对相关影响因素进行了分析。通过研究结果表明：1、108名育龄教师中，目前愿意生育二孩的仅占27。8%，多数教师不愿意生育二孩。在影响育龄教师二孩生育意愿的因素方面，主要受孩子的照料问题影响，除此以外，经济水平、生育和养育成本、政策、生育福利和保障制度、一孩的性别年龄以及夫妻双方的事业发展也是重要的影响因素。2、相比较不想生育二孩的高校教师而言，愿意生育二孩的教师年龄较轻，职称相对较低，年收入中等，一孩是男孩以及一孩年龄偏小的相对较多。77699

University Teachers' Second Child Birth Research And Influencing Factors

Abstract As the aging of the population in our country is aggravating, a serious imbalance between population sex ratio, one child policy has been let go, the time has come for a second child。 But in the process of two child policy implementation, because the two children to take care of problems and reasons of their own development, university teachers group have two children frequently。 Based on 1 child of childbearing age in university teachers' fertility intentions survey data, describes the different characteristics, and the proportion of the second child childbearing willing teachers and the related influence factors are analyzed。 Through the research results show that: 1,108 children of teachers, there are two child birth will only 27。8%, most of the teachers has no intention to second child birth。 In 1 child of university teachers' second child birth will affect factors, mainly affected by the child care issues, in addition, the economic level, birth and raising the cost of family, policy, welfare and security system, a child's age and gender, and both sides of husband and wife career development are important influencing factors。 2, compared with no birth of the will of college teachers, there are two child birth the will of the teachers, the age is relatively light, title is relatively low, income is relatively moderate, a child is a boy and a small child age more。
