摘  要新媒体时代公安机关执法过程中的每一个环节都在民众的关注与监督之下，人民群众对公平正义的追求也日益强烈，公安机关执法公信力的建设面临着舆论环境变化与民众对公平正义的强烈追求所带来的巨大挑战。顺应时代发展借助新的媒体形式提高公安机关执法公信力，是摆在公安机关面前的一项非常重要而紧迫的任务。本文旨在对新媒体时代影响公安机关执法公信力建设的内外部因素进行分析，发现公安机关执法公信力建设过程中存在的问题，并针对现存的问题提出建议，打破公安机关执法公信力建设所面临的阻碍，进一步提升公安队伍的整体战斗力，开创公安工作新局面。78497

ABSTRACT In the new media era, every aspect of the Public Security Bureau law enforcement process is under the public's attention and supervision, and the people's pursuit of fairness and justice is increasingly intense, the construction of the credibility of the Public Security Bureau law enforcement is facing great challenges brought by the change of public opinion environment and the strong pursuit of fairness and justice。 It is a very important and urgent task for the Public Security Bureau to adapt to the development of the times and enhance the public trust of the public security organs in law enforcement by means of new media forms。 At present, the construction of law enforcement credibility of public security organs is mainly influenced by external mass media factors and internal team building factors。 This paper aims to analyze the factors that affect the construction of law enforcement credibility of Public Security Bureau in the new media era, to find out the problems existing in the process of building the law enforcement credibility of the Public Security Bureau, and to put forward proposals in the light of the existing problems, to break down the obstacles faced by the Public Security Bureau in building the law enforcement credibility, and to further enhance the overall combat effectiveness of the public security forces, creating a new situation in public security work。
