淮安市清河区郦城国际项目可行性研究报告

摘要：在房地产开发过程中，可行性研究是项目开发建设的重要阶段。它可以提高投资决策水平，降低建设风险，提高项目利润率，是项目决策的重要依据。本文是以淮安市清河区郦城国际项目为例，根据房地产可行性研究的方法，结合各种研究资料，对该项目进行全面的分析研究，对项目的投资估算和基础数据进行测算，进行项目建设资金的筹措和使用计划，计算财务评价指标，进行财务评价。经测算项目财务净现值为33757。53万元，项目财务内部收益率23。86%。通过财务评价以及研究分析，可以看出本项目在经济上具有较强的可行性。78687

Abstract：In the process of real estate development, feasibility study is an important stage of the development and construction of the project。 It can increase the level of investment decision, to reduce construction risks, improve the profit rate of the project, which is an important basis for the project decision-making。 This paper is to Huaian Qinghe District Licheng International project as an example, root according to the real estate feasibility study method, combined with a variety of research data, comprehensive analysis and research of the project, calculate the project investment estimation and basic data, project construction fund raising and use plan, financial evaluation index calculation, financial evaluation。 The project estimates financial net present value for 33757。53 million yuan, the project finance in Department of yield 23。86%%。 through the financial evaluation and analysis, we can see that this project has a strong economic feasibility。
