摘要：“计划生育”国策的实行下，造就大批独生子女，当他们父母年龄的逐渐增大，随独生子女伤残或者死亡的数量越多，失独老人也越来越多。本文通过对上海S街道失独老人和“夕阳依然红”项目人员进行采访，掌握实证材料、结合相关文献资料，研究如何利用社会工作专业方法融入实践为失独老人提供关爱服务。研究情况表示，失独老人失去唯一的孩子会在三方面产生明显的需求，生活孤寂、情感空虚；生活缺少照料；医疗养老问题，分别用社会工作专业方法针对每一方面为其提供关爱服务，在情感问题方面，利用团体工作和个案社会共工作的工作方法可以有效的打开失独老人心扉，在小组的互相鼓励下建立自己初级的社会支持系统；在生活照料方面，社工为主导协同志愿者一对一结对，提供照顾服务；在医疗养老方面，连结医院等公共资源给予医疗方便的便利，带领志愿者陪伴就医，从各方面用社会工作方法提供关爱服务，满足失独老人的需求。78847

A Study on the Social Care of the Loss of the old man alone“sunset still red” project in Shanghai

Abstract: "Family planning" under the implementation of the national policy, to create a large number of only children, loss of independence for the elderly is more and more when their children gradually increase the number of disabled or the number of death。 In this paper, through the interview on the streets of Shanghai S street and the "sunset still red" project staff to master the empirical materials, combined with relevant literature, how to use social work professional methods into practice for the disabled to provide care services。 The study shows that the loss of the only child will have obvious needs in three areas, loneliness, emotional emptiness; lack of care for life; old age pension problems, respectively, with social work professional methods for each aspect to provide care services。 In the emotional aspects, the use of group work and the work of the social work of the community can effectively open the hearts of the elderly, in the group to encourage each other to establish their own primary social support system; in the care of life, social workers as the leading collaboration volunteers One-to-one pair, to provide care services; in the elderly pension, the hospital and other public resources to give medical convenience to facilitate the volunteers to accompany medical treatment, from all aspects of social work methods to provide care services to meet the needs of the elderly。
