新生代员工工作价值观现状调查研究

摘要：企业新生代员工的工作价值观对其工作态度有着深刻地影响，为了解新生代员工工作价值观的现状，对新生代员工进行问卷调查，研究表明：新生代员工工作价值观总体表现良好，但在收入上存在显著差异，收入越高的新生代员工其工作价值观现状就越好；在学历上，学历越高其工作价值观就越好；婚姻上，已婚的工作价值观现状比未婚的好；在性别及独生子女上不存在显著差异。论文主要分析了当前企业新生代员工工作价值观特点，并就如何加强新生代员工管理提出自己的意见。79465

The New Generation Employees Work Values Situation Investigation

Abstract: The work attitude has a profound impact on the value of the work of new generation employees of the enterprises, in order to understand the present situation of the new generation employees' view of work value of the status quo, the anther conduct a questionnaire on the new generation employees。 The results show that the new generation of employees' work values overall performance is good, but in the income deposit in significant difference, the workers who have higher income have better work values; in education, higher education value of the work concept is better; in marriage, the work values of married ones are better than the unmarried; on gender and child does not exist significant differences。 This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of the new employees' work values, and puts forward their own opinions on how to strengthen the management of the new generation of employees。

新生代员工工作价值观现状调查研究

前言

这些年来，新生代员工由于工作价值观的不同而引发的职场冲突情况受到了公众的注视。新生代员工具有高度成就导向和自我导向、注重平等和漠视权威等工作价值观特点。作为整合性的概念，工作价值观定义了员工对于工作的基本认知，并对工作产出发挥重要性的影响。一系列研究表明：工作价值观能促进工作满意度，但新生代员工价值观是尚未得到充分研究的复杂新兴领域[1]。因此，加强新生代员工的工作价值观研究，一方面能够帮助新员工迅速融入新环境，另一方面可以推动企业的快速发展。
