[摘要] 社区居家养老模式已是世界养老模式的一种主流，简而言之，居家养老能解决家庭养老太过单一，机构养老成本过高等问题，弥补这两种养老模式的不足并将两者中的有利元素相结合，具有很大的发展空间和优势，从而满足老年人们日益增长的多元化养老服务需求。然而，社区居家养老以及同为新新发展的行业社工来说，两者还有很多不完善的地方。社会工作作为新社会发展的核心力量，要求我们必须重新审视社会，重视社工，培养具有专业技能知识的有力人才，发扬其助人自助的特殊理念，提高我国养老的质量与水平，综合家庭与机构养老的优点同时解决社区居家养老面临的新问题与挑战，从而推进我国社会保障的完善乃至社会的和谐与发展。通过社工对于居家养老的科学、持续的介入，进行实时的研究，才能充分发挥社工对于居家养老的有利作用。80332

一、引言
（一）研究背景
纵观中国的国情，经济发展迅猛，而我国老年化进程又与经济发展不同步，这便形成了“未富先老”的社会问题出现。而在社会转型地期间内，中国长期以来所形成的“五保”体质显然已无法适应社会和形势的需要，解决国家过重的负担，不光是财政负担还包括社会养老负担，同时减弱家人赡养的压力，又需提升老人的生活是目前老年社会工作的燃眉之急。在居家养老服务中，往年的体系显然已经不能满足老人的需求，这就需要结合社会工作者，既在发挥“助人自助”即帮助老年人的同时又是在为自己日后赡养老年人的境遇做出改善的宗旨前提下，更好的促成和完善社会养老服务体系的建设，开展老年社会工作，落实满足老年人的需求。在城市居家养老服务建设中，不但要重视社会工作者的核心角色，培养具有专业知识技能的社工，也要发挥老年社会工作的意义，从而进一步完善城市居家养老服务体系。论文网 城市社区居家养老服务中社会工作的介入研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_93267.html
