摘要：近年来，企业之间各方面的竞争日益激烈，特别是人力资源之间的竞争，重要关键性因素之一那便是企业核心竞争力。招聘是获得人才的第一步，人力资本构成了企业最重要也是最不可或缺的竞争优势。本文以民营建筑施工企业作为研究对象，在人才竞争颇为严峻的当下，重点分析核心关键员工不断流失，导致岗位空缺，需不断招聘以弥补空缺以及招募不到优秀人才的问题。通过对民营建筑施工企业员工招聘现状的总结以及定量定性的分析，找出民营建筑施工企业员工招聘现存在的一些主要问题，提出改进对策。80534
