摘要在高5.4m,内径0.2m的立式爆轰管内,研究扩散时间(0.08h,0.5h,1.0h,2.0h,17h)对乙烯-空气混合气体燃爆参数的影响。采用下端高能炸药强起爆方式,测定了三种体积分数下(4.00%、、6.67%、8.89%)乙烯-空气体系和乙烯-黑索金-空气多相体系的燃爆参数。同时利用烟迹技术捕捉到了两个体系的爆轰波胞格。结果表明:乙烯采用上下两端进气,并静置超过1h,可以使乙烯-空气混合气体的燃爆参数趋于一致。乙烯-空气体系爆轰压力在3.5MPa~4.5MPa之间,爆速在1700m/s~1800m/s之间。乙烯-黑索金-空气多相体系的爆轰压力在4MPa~5MPa之间,爆速在1500m/s~1900m/s之间。同时发现多相体系的胞格尺寸和长宽比明显小于气相体系。21396

Title The study of multiphase detonation characteristics in detonation tube
Abstract
In a vertical detonation tube with height of 5.4m, and an internal diameter of 0.2m, we studied how the diffusion time (0.08h, 0.5h, 1.0h, 2.0h, 17h) impact the C2H4-Air mixture deflagration and detonation parameters. High explosive was initiated at the bottom and the detonation pressure histories of the three different concentrations (4.00vol. %, 6.67vol. %, 8.89vol. %) C2H4-Air and C2H4-RDX-Air mixtures were measured. The detonation cellular structures of C2H4-Air and C2H4-RDX-Air mixtures were also captured by smoke foil technique. The experimental results show that: ethylene was input into the detonation tube by two sides and keeping the diffusion time at 1h, deflagration and detonation parameters was similar. The detonation pressure of C2H4-Airmixtureis 3.5MPa to 4.5MPa and the detonation velocity is 1700m/s to 1800m/s. For C2H4-RDX-Air multiphase system, the detonation pressure is 4MPa to 5MPa and detonation velocity is 1500m/s to 1900m/s. We also found that the cell size and aspect ratio (L/λ) of the multiphase system are significantly smaller than the gas phase system.
