摘要喹啉具有弱碱性,而且具有良好的水溶性,可与亲电、亲核试剂反应衍生出许多种化合物。由于喹啉结构中含有一刚性结构,可以配位一些荧光团,所以喹啉及其衍生物大部分都可以成为荧光基团,且大多数都有生物活性,有些还可以作为医药中间体。并且喹啉及其衍生物是重要的金属离子螯合剂,他们自身的荧光一般都比较微弱,但是与金属离子联结后荧光会显著增强,因此被普遍应用于多种金属离子的检测。
金属离子在环境和生物体中都具有重大的意义。但若是金属离子的浓度过高,尤其是重金属离子,就会对人类健康和环境保护都具有潜在的威胁。例如,Hg2+对神经系统具有严重的毒害性,长时间暴露在含汞的环境中会造成大脑、神经系统、免疫系统和内分泌系统发生病变。所以,检测对这些金属离子具有非常重要的意义。荧光探针因其具有价格低廉、选择性好、方便快捷、灵敏度高、原位检测等很多优点,近些年来被广泛应用于金属离子的检测。89425
本文设计合成了一个基于喹啉偶氮类的金属荧光探针,主要是检测Cu2+。并经过一系列分析手段对其结构进行了表征分析和探测机理的研究。
Quinoline and its derivatives are mostly fluorescent groups, and most are biologically active, and some can be used as pharmaceutical intermediates。 Quinoline has a weak alkaline, and can be derived from the reaction of pro-electric and pro-nuclear reagent。 The quinoline structure contains a rigid structure, which can be matched with some fluorescence groups and has good water-soluble。 Quinoline and its derivatives are important metal ions chelating agents, their own fluorescence is generally relatively faint, but with metal ions in combination with fluorescence will be significantly enhanced, so it is widely used in a variety of metal ions detection。
Metal ions are of great significance in both environment and biology。 But the concentration of metal ions, especially heavy metals, can pose a potential threat to human health and environmental protection。 For example, Hg2+ has serious toxic effects on the nervous system, and prolonged exposure to mercury containi-ng environments can cause lesions in the brain, nervous system, immune systems and endocrine systems。 Therefore, detection of these metal ions is of great significance。 Fluorescent probes have been widely used in metal ion detection in recent years because of the advantages of low price, good selectivity, convenience, high sensitivity and in situ detection。
In this paper, a metal fluorescence probe based on Quinoline Azo is designed and synthesized, mainly for detecting Cu2+。 The structure of its characterization and detection mechanism were studied by a series of analytical methods。
