摘要:除环境中的一氧化碳污染是二氧化钛负载金催化剂的一个重要用途,目前金负载催化剂的热稳定性以及催化剂寿命不够,影响了催化剂的实际应用。本课题试着在介孔二氧化钛上负载不同量的氧化锡,以此为载体负载金纳米粒子。测试其作为金催化剂载体的热稳定性和催化剂寿命。本课题主要通过用蒸发诱导自组装的方法(EISA)来合成介二氧化钛负载金催化剂用非离子表面活性剂F127作为模板剂,正硅酸四乙酯和酚醛树脂分别作为无机和有机的前驱体,酚醛树脂,钛酸四丁酯和硝酸锡分别作为碳,钛和锡的来源物质,经过有机-无机协同作用并进一步在600℃以上的高温处理,得到了有序介孔TiO2/SnO2/C复合材料,再分别除去碳骨架和二氧化硅模板,制备得到了介孔二氧化钛/氧化锡;通过改变这五种物质的摩尔来控制介孔的形成和比表面积、孔容的大小,用XRD和N2吸脱附图来表征催化结果。34443

Mesoporous titanium dioxide doped tin oxide and its catalytic oxidation of CO
Abstract:In addition to carbon monoxide pollution in the environment is one of the most important applications of gold catalysts supported on titania, currently supported gold catalyst thermal stability and catalyst life is not enough, the impact of the catalyst for practical application. This subject tries to load the gold nanoparticles with different amounts of iron oxide on the mesoporous titania.. The thermal stability and catalyst life of the gold catalyst supports were tested.. This topic mainly through by the evaporation induced self assembly (EISA) method to synthesis of mesoporous titania supported gold catalyst with non ionic surfactant F127 as template agent, is ethyl silicate and phenolic resin respectively as inorganic and organic precursor, phenolic resin, tetrabutyl titanate and tin nitrate was used as carbon, titanium and tin material sources。After the organic-inorganic synergistic effect and further in more than 600℃C for heat treatment to obtain the ordered mesoporous TiO2/SnO2/C composite, respectively to remove carbon skeleton and silica templates, prepared by the mesoporous TiO2/SnO2;by changing the mole of the five substances to control the formation of mesoporous and specific surface area, pore volume size, with XRD and N2 adsorption and desorption drawings to characterize catalytic results.
