设计总说明一.    设计任务来源过硫酸盐是现代化工中较为优良的化学材料,在化工乃至各个领域都有很多用处。在工业用水中,循环冷却水的用量居于首位。一般循环冷却水的用量占工业用水首位60%以上,目前我国在工业用水这方面的节水水平仍然很低,节约用水的潜力还非常大,循环水在实际生产中也被广泛应用。本论文根据该工艺循环水的利用现状,结合上海天坛助剂有限公司的实际运用,分析得出工艺水循环使用对工业节水和工业生产稳定运行的重要性。所以本设计的目的在于将已有成熟的过硫酸盐工艺的水循环进行研究,并且优化该工艺水的循环使用。34738

二.设计标准
    本设计参考了以下国家标准和规定:
a. 工厂防火规定(GBJ16-1987)
b. 管壳式换热器标准(GB151)
c. 钢制压力容器(GB150)
d .污水综合排放规定(GBJ8978)
e. 工艺系统设备布置设计规定(HG20570)
f. 化工装置管道布置设计规定(HG/T20549)
三.设计原则
(1) 安全:化工生产中大量物质是易燃、易爆或者有毒性的。因此,设计必须充分考虑各种明显的和潜在的危险,保证生产人员的健康和安全。
(2) 操作方便:在确定各个生产过程及设备的同时,还要合理确定操作条件。因为它对生产过程与设备的确立及其作用的发挥和控制方案的确定,都有直接关系。
(3) 投资省:即要求经济地使用设备投资、土建投资、公用工程投资和人力成本。
(4) 便于安装:工厂布置应满足施工和安装作业要求。特别是应考虑大型设备的吊装,厂内道路的路面结构和载荷标准等应满足施工安装的要求。
