摘 要:本文研究了用高效液相色谱法同时测定植物中的儿茶素、橙皮素、齐墩果酸和熊果酸四种化合物的方法并考察了其实用性。用高效液相色谱法对儿茶素、橙皮素、齐墩果酸和熊果酸四种标样分别进行了单组分和混合组分测定,建立了四种标样的标准曲线并考察了它们的线性范围、检测限和重现性;采用乙醇做提取剂,超声提取法提取枇杷花、腊梅花、女贞叶和枇杷叶,并用建立的方法对这四种提取剂进行含量测定以及回收率的研究。结果表明:儿茶素、橙皮素、熊果酸、齐墩果酸的线性范围分别为0.056~0.28μg,0.056~0.28μg,0.0344~13.76μg,0.059~2.96μg,相关系数均大于0.999,检测限分别为0.099mg/L、0.045mg/L、0.641mg/L、0.736mg/L。此方法可用于枇杷花、枇杷叶、腊梅花和女贞叶中黄酮和三萜类化合物的提取与同时测定。59774

Abstract: In this paper, the simultaneous determination method of catechins, hesperetin, oleanolic acid and ursolic was studied by using HPLC from different plant.The standard curve of four kinds of standard single-component mixing the components were established and their linearity, limit of detection (LOD), reproducibility and recovery ratio of the method were explored. The results showed that the linear range of catechin, hesperetin, ursolic acid and oleanolic acid was 0.056 ~ 0.28μg, 0.056 ~ 0.28μg, 0.0344 ~ 13.76μg, 0.059 ~ 2.96μg respectively and their correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999, the LOD was 0.099, 0.045, 0.641, 0.736mg / L. This method can be used in the simultaneous determination of catechins, hesperetin, oleanolic acid and ursolic from the loquat flower, loquat leaf, flos mume, privet leaves and other plant.

1 引言
枇杷(学名:Eriobotrya japonica(Thunb)Lindl) 是蔷薇科(Rosaceae)植物,它起源于中国[1]。枇杷树高一两丈;枇杷叶的叶片是革质的,有倒披针形、披针形、椭圆或倒卵形长圆形;枇杷花为黄白色且在冬月开小花,其甘可食[2]。枇杷的花和叶都具有很强的药用价值。枇杷花可以用来止利肺、渴下气、去焦热、止吐逆、润五脏还可以有治头风、鼻涕清涕等的功效[3-4]。枇杷叶是一传统中药,被历年药典所收录,《本草纲目》记载它的功效主要是能和胃降气,清热解暑毒,疗脚气[5]。《中药大辞典》中对他的评价是枇杷叶具有清肺和胃、降气化痰功能,是治疗肺热咳喘的要药。同样在《滇南本草》也有同样相似的描述曰“止咳嗽,消痰定喘,化顽痰,能断痰丝,散吼喘,止气促” [6-7]。 枇杷等植物中黄酮类和三萜类化合物的同时测定方法:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_65075.html
