The part of sludge concentration adopt gravity pool which use the concentration difference between the solid particles and the water in the sludge to achieve mud separation which can reduce the sludge moisture content and the sludge volume。 It can also save investment, reduce processing costs。

First of all, wastewater through the sieve and the regulating reservoir before raised by the sewage pump, and then through the hydrolysis acidification tank, secondary settling tank, biological contact oxidation tank and coagulation sedimentation tank could discharge after a series of biological and chemical processing。

The whole process is completed by gravity, which can save energy and reduce the cost of wastewater treatment, and the operation is simple and easy to manage。

This design is aim to enable students to apply what they have learned about wastewater treatment (especially industrial waste water, such as printing and dyeing wastewater treatment) to practical design, which is based on the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment system process design。 It can improve students’ comprehensive ability to solve practical problems, too。 Design specifications, plan layout, process flow chart and the main structure of the monomer map are finished according to the established process and dimensional design and calculation。

The design cost of 3。1903 million yuan, the operation cost is 2。7 yuan /m3, the whole design process of less capital cost, treatment effect is good and operation management simply。 Also, secondary pollution is lesser than other treatments。

After treating the wastewater, the water is expected to achieve <Industrial wastewater standard for textile dyeing and finishing industry>(GB4287-2008)table 2: CODcr: ≤80mg/L, BOD5: ≤20mg/L, SS: ≤50mg/L, pH: 6~9, chromaticity: 50(Times)。
