摘要本实验主要采用DPPH和ABTS测定柏木油香精及其单组分的抗氧化性能，并对其抗氧化性能较好的单组分的协同抗氧化性能进行研究。结果表明，对DPPH清除能力为1%柏木油香精样品＞1。9mmol/LBHT＞1%柠檬醛＞1%柏木油＞1%松节油≈1%芳樟醇＞＞＞1%桉叶素；对ABTS清除能力为1%柏木油香精样品＞1。9mmol/LBHT溶液>1%柏木油＞1%柠檬醛＞1%芳樟醇≈1%松节油＞1%桉叶素；协同抗氧化能力研究表明柏木油、柠檬醛和芳樟醇三组分之间均有一定的协同抗氧化作用，其中柏木油和芳樟醇两者协同抗氧化能力最好。柏木油和柠檬醛对协同抗氧化的贡献较大。74676

Study on the antioxidant activity of a collaborative cedarwood oil flavor antioxidant performance and composition

Abstract

  This experiment mainly uses DPPH and ABTS to measure the antioxidant properties between samples and components, synergistic antioxidation of antioxidant properties on the performance of a Cypress oil essence and his components research and its components。The research results showed that the scavenging ability of DPPH: 1% cedarwood oil essence sample > 1。9mmol/LBHT > 1% citral > 1% cedar oil > 1% turpentine1≈ 1% linalool> > 1% cineole。Ability to clear ABTS: 1% cedarwood oil essence sample solution >1% 1。9mmol/LBHT >  1% cedarwood oil citral > 1% linalool > 1% turpentine > 1% cineole; The research shows that synergistic antioxidant capacity had a synergetic effect between cedarwood oil, citral and linalool three components, including both cedarwood oil and linalool synergistic antioxidant ability best。 Cedarwood oil and Citral on synergistic antioxidant greater contribution。
