摘要:本课题研究过程主要分为三个部分,第一部分是由二(三苯基磷)二氯化钯(5% mmol)和碘化亚铜(10%mmol)和三苯基膦(10%mmol),加入5mL三乙胺,盖上塞子,氮气保护,并由卤代苯和炔丙醇偶联反应的研究;第二部分是进行催化反应条件,催化剂的最优反应条件筛选;第三部分则是进行反应底物的拓展。80874
在第一部分中,我讨论了碘苯,对氟氯苯和对溴氯苯这三种物质合成原料的反应时间以及产率,我们可以发现碘苯的反应时间较快,且反应的产率最高。
在第二部分,我进行的是催化反应条件的最优筛选,我采用的是三相进行的方法,三个反应物分别为苯基炔丙醇,对甲基苯磺酰胺以及n-溴代丁二酰亚胺,在酸性的条件下进行合成。在这反应过程中存在着迈耶舒斯特重排反应以及分子间的胺氢化反应,我采用了多种催化剂,如三氟甲磺酸银,三氟甲磺酸铜等,并根据不同的反应物的配比进行了多次尝试,得出了最优的催化剂和反应条件。
最后在第三部分,我进行了反应底物的探索,尝试进行卤代苯基炔丙醇的反应时间和反应效率,并进行了表格处理和数据分析。

Study on Meyer-Schuster reaction / intermolecular amine hydrogenation / intermolecular electrophilic reaction
Abstract:This study is mainly pided into three parts, the first part is composed of three phenyl phosphate two palladium chloride (5% mmol) and copper iodide (10%mmol) and three (10%mmol) phenyl phosphine, adding three 5mL triethylamine, stopper, nitrogen protection, and by the research of halogenated benzene and propargyl alcohol coupling reaction the second part is carried out; the catalytic reaction conditions, screening of the optimum reaction conditions of catalyst; the third part is the development of the reaction substrate。
In the first part, I discussed the iodo benzene, fluorine chloro benzene and reaction time on the three bromo chloro benzene raw material for synthesis and yield, we can find that the reaction time and the reaction of iodobenzene is fast, the highest yield。
In the second part, I select optimal catalytic reaction conditions, I used the method of three-phase, three reactants were phenyl propargyl alcohol, methyl benzene sulfonamide and n- bromo butyl two imide was synthesized under acidic conditions。 In this reaction in the process of hydrogenation reaction of amine Meyer Schuster rearrangement reaction and between molecules, I used a variety of catalysts, such as three trifluoroacetic acid three trifluoroacetic acid silver, copper, and several attempts were made according to the different reactant ratio, catalyst and the optimal reaction conditions。
Finally, in the third part, the reaction substrate was explored, and the reaction time and reaction efficiency were studied。
