钙钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜的制备及其表征

摘要:本文利用阳极氧化法制备钙、钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜,研究氨水浓度对钙、钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜影响,温度与Gd3+浓度、温度与Ca2+浓度对钙、钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜电导率的影响,电解液中Ca2+浓度对钙、钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜中Ca含量的影响,热处理温度对钙、钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜IR谱图的影响,钙、钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜微观形貌分析。研究结果表明:氨水浓度选取4。1mol/L,制备得到的钙、钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜的膜厚为23。8μm。钙、钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜随着温度的上升,电导率不断增大。当温度为600℃,Gd3+浓度为0。64mmol/L时得到电导率是3。05×10-3S/cm;当温度温度为600℃,Ca2+浓度为2。5mmol/L时得到电导率是2。30×10-2S/cm。当电解液中Ca2+浓度为10。0mol/L时,钙、钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜中Ca2+原子比为4。72%。在450℃热处理两小时后,钙、钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜表面上吸附的水与乙二醇完全脱附。钙、钆共掺杂氧化铈薄膜为多孔结构。81090

Preparation and Characterization of Calcium and Gadolinium Co - doped Cerium Oxide Thin Films

Abstract:In this paper, calcium and gadolinium co-doped cerium oxide films were prepared by anodic oxidation method。 The effect of ammonia concentration on calcium and gadolinium co-doped cerium oxide films was studied。 The effects of temperature and Gd3 + concentration, Ca2 + concentration on calcium and gadolinium co-doped cerium oxide films The effect of Ca2 + concentration on the Ca content in calcium and gadolinium co-doped cerium oxide films was investigated。 The effects of heat treatment temperature on the IR spectra of calcium and gadolinium co-doped cerium oxide films were investigated。 Microstructure Analysis of Cerium Oxide Thin Films。 The results show that the concentration of ammonia is 4。1 mol / L, and the thickness of the prepared calcium and gadolinium co - doped cerium oxide film is 23。8μm。 Calcium and gadolinium co-doped cerium oxide films increase with increasing temperature。 When the temperature is 600℃ and the concentration of Gd3 + is 0。64mmol / L, the conductivity is 3。05×10-3S / cm。 When the temperature is 600 ℃ and Ca2 + is 2。5mmol / L, the conductivity is 2。30 × 10-2S / Cm。 When the concentration of Ca2 + in the electrolyte was 10。0mol / L, the Ca2 + atomic ratio of calcium and gadolinium co-doped cerium oxide was 4。72%。 After two hours of heat treatment at 450 ° C, the adsorbed water on the surface of the calcium and gadolinium co-doped cerium oxide film was completely desorbed with ethylene glycol。 Calcium and gadolinium co-doped cerium oxide films are porous structures。

In this paper, the preparation of calcium and gadolinium co-doped cerium oxide films by anodic oxidation method has not been reported。
