本论文采用熔融共混的方法,以铜盐抗氧剂,1098/168 抗氧剂和 1098/626 抗氧剂 为热稳定剂,制备了耐热性尼龙 6 薄膜材料,研究了抗氧剂的种类、用量对尼龙 6 拉伸
强度、断裂伸长率、黄度指数的影响。并采用热重分析对尼龙 6 的耐热性能进行了表征。 结果显示,加入抗氧剂可以有效改善尼龙材料在热处理时的拉伸性能,不同类型的
抗氧剂对材料的黄变性能影响不尽相同。在老化过程中,含有抗氧剂的尼龙 6 拉伸强度 均维持在老化前的 80%以上。铜盐抗氧剂和 1098/168 抗氧剂容易使尼龙 6 变色,130
℃老化处理 240h 后黄色指数大于 60%。加入 1098/626 抗氧剂的尼龙 6 在热处理时具有 较好的抗黄变性能,130℃老化处理 240h 后黄色指数小于 25%。1098/626/铜盐三元抗 氧剂能有效提高尼龙 6 的热分解温度,由未加抗氧剂时的 400℃提高到 430℃,但材料 的黄变色现象较为明显,其黄色指数都大于 55%。

Abstract Polyamide 6(PA 6) are widely used in many fields as the engineering materials, polyamide6 films with its advantage also have many applications in the field of packaging。 After a long time of usage, the nylon material will happen a decreasing of its property and yellowing。 It is necessary to study oxidation resistance of the materials。
In this paper, high temperature resistant Nylon 6 films were prepared via melt blend method, with copper salt antioxidant, antioxidant 1098/626, antioxidant 1098/168 as heat stabilizers。 The influences of kinds, dosage of antioxidants on tensile strength, elongation at break, and the yellowness index of Nylon 6 were studied。 The thermal performance of nylon 6 was characterized through TG analysis。
Results show that antioxidants can improve the tensile properties of PA 6 during thermal aging。 PA 6 with different antioxidants shows different yellowing properties。 After adding antioxidants, the tensile strength of PA6 is more than 80% of un-aging。 PA 6 is easy colored when the copper antioxidants and 1098/168 antioxidant were added, and its yellow index is more than 60%。 PA 6 with 1098/626 antioxidants has good anti-yellowing properties, its
yellow index are less than 25% after thermal aged 240h under 130℃。 From the results of TG
analysis, adding the 1098/626/copper salt ternary antioxidants, thermal decomposition temperature of PA 6 was increased from 400 ℃ to 430 ℃ than un-antioxidants。 PA 6 with 1098/626/copper salt ternary antioxidants is very easy to yellowing, their yellow index are
more than 55%。
