摘要：《庄子》的《天地篇》说到：“通于天地者，德也；行于万物者，道也”。“德”是中国伦理和中华民族文化的核心概念，德育一直以来都是中华民族教育的重要内容。随着信息技术的迅速发展，互联网已经渗透到社会的各个领域和层面，网络的发展对广大小学生的世界观、人生观、价值观等方面都产生了重大影响。网络是一把双刃剑，它在给小学生带来积极影响的同时，也不可避免地会造成一些负面效应, 使得小学德育面临着严峻挑战。我们要做好小学德育工作，就必须正视这些新问题、新挑战。本文认真分析了网络背景下小学德育面临的新形势，阐述了开展小学网络德育研究的必要性，揭示了小学网络德育存在的问题，分析了当前小学网络德育存在问题的原因，并提出了相应的策略。22538
