摘 要本研究采用问卷调查和文献研究的方式,利用自编的问卷调查了杭州师范大学小学教育
(全科)专业师范生、定向地区小学的领导、专科教师、小学生和家长对全科教师的看法, 并对比分析了小学全科和专科教师的培养方案,得出如下结果:全科师范生的培养目标更强 调基础性,培养要求更具全面性,课程设置更注重艺术修养;大部分全科师范生喜欢现在的 专业,但对用人单位让其担任多门学科的期待值并不高;用人单位对全科培养方式有期待, 但对授课科目数量有分歧,对单位现实需求有争议,对全科教师态度有要求;专科教师对工 作配合有期待,但对授课方式有争议;学生和家长接受度较差,对授课内容数量有侧重。在 此基础上提出促进小学全科教师职业融入的一些建议。88763
