摘要会展行业是 21 世纪经济发展的新思路、新机遇、新挑战，浙大城市学院、树人大学、 杭州师范大学、浙江传媒学院都先后开设会展专业，不断为杭州会展行业的蓬勃发展提供充 足的人才支持。然而，目前杭州高校会展专业在确定人才培养模式时存在许多问题，导致培 养目标与实际就业结果之间存在落差。在调查过程中，笔者发现高校培养模式存在三大问题： 一、培养方案不合理；二师资力量薄弱；三、就业指导工作滞后。为了应对这一问题，各大 高效应主动出击，加快培养模式的转变与创新，不断优化培养方案，加快教师队伍建设，以 及完善就业指导体系。会展专业的学科建设任重道远，希望各大高校能不断完善会展专业的 课程体系与教学实践，为会展行业培养出越来越多的优秀人才。89019
MICE is the new thought，new opportunity,new challenge of economic development in the 21st century,Zhejiang University College,Zhejiang Shuren University,Hangzhou Normal University and Zhejiang University of Media and Communications have already opened MICE successively,supporting the booming development of MICE with adequate human resources。However,there are many problems in the process of setting the talent training mode in these colleges,resulting in a gap between training objective and the actual employment
result。I found three major problems of talent training mode in Hangzhou colleges during the research：1。unreasonable cultivation schemes; 2。weak teacher
resources; 3。lagging vocational guidance work。Threfore,we need to quicken the transformation and inovation of training mode,optimize cultivation schemes,speed up the construction of teaching staff。The discipline construction of MICE still have a long way to go,hoping these colleges can constantly improve the curriculum system and teaching practice of MICE in order to foster more and more talents for MICE。
