摘要目的:考察汉语发展性阅读障碍是否存在视觉字形加工缺陷,探究视觉加工缺陷与阅读能力之间的关系。方法:采用识字量筛查、瑞文测验等筛选出14名三年级阅读障碍儿童(DD组),14名年龄匹配的三年级正常儿童(CA组)以及14名与阅读障碍儿童识字量匹配的一年级儿童(RL组)。采用计算机测验的形式,让三组被试进行视觉形状匹配实验(包括视觉字形匹配实验和笔画组合匹配实验),分别比较三组被试在两个实验中的的正确率。结果:笔画组合匹配任务的结果表明,组间差异主效应不显著(F=1。289,p=0。287),表明三组儿童之间没有差异。视觉字形匹配任务的结果表明组间存在差异(F=3。032,p=0。06)。进一步分析表明,DD组与CA组的视觉字形匹配任务正确率之间差异显著(p=0。021),而DD组与RL组的视觉字形匹配任务正确率之间差异不显著(p=0。111),CA组与RL组的视觉字形匹配任务正确率之间差异也不显著(p=0。425)。结论:汉语发展性阅读障碍者在对文字的视觉字形加工方面存在缺陷,而对无意义笔画组合的视觉加工方面不存在缺陷。89311

Objective: To investigate the relationship between visual word form processing deficit and reading ability in Chinese developmental dyslexia。 Methods: Use the literacy amount of screening test, the Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices to selected 14 dyslexic children (DD group) from the third grade, 14 age-matched normal children in the third grade (CA group) and 14 reading-matched children from the first grade children (RL group)。Children in the three groups were tested in a visual matching task in which visual words and stroke combinations were used。The accuracy in the three groups was analyzed 。 Results: In the stroke combination condition ,the results showed that there was no significant difference across the three groups (F=1。289, p=0。287)。 However, in the visual word condition, the main effect of group was marginally significant(F=3。032,p=0。06)。Results in the further analysis showed that the accuracy in the DD group was significantly lower than that in the CA group (p=0。021), while no group difference was found between the DD and and RL groups (p=0。111),or between the CA group and the RL group (p=0。425)。 Conclusion: There was a specific impairment in visual word form processing in Chinese dyslexic chidren。
