摘要幼儿同伴冲突在幼儿园是一种常见的现象，教师对幼儿同伴冲突的合理解决，是幼儿学会同伴交往，学会与别人协商、沟通，逐渐摆脱“自我中心化”，促进社会性发展的关键。因此，本文主要运用观察法，从教师介入幼儿同伴冲突的活动类型、主动性、方式及结果几个方面，分析教师介入幼儿同伴冲突的现状，以及通过访谈法了解教师对自身介入行为的评价，从而提出了提高教师介入效果的策略。89629
