摘要 因为国内对于大学生时间管理能力的研究还较少，本研究利用南京师范大学研究生袁梅编制的《大学生时间管理能力问卷》对贵阳市三所院校646名大学生进行问卷调查，然后，分析了大学生时间利用与管理的现状。本研究最后结果如下：大学生时间管理能力总体处于中等水平，大学生有较强个体时间管理意识，但到真正将个体时间管理意识付诸行动还有一定的差距。男生在个体时间管理行为这一维度中的“合理分配时间”、“明确目标、制定计划、高效执行”和“守时”等子维度上要显著优于女大学生。文科学生在个体时间管理行为这一维度中“明确目标、制定计划、高效执行”子维度这一项能力要显著高于理工科学生，而理工科学生在个体时间管理行为这一维度中“合理分配时间能力”子维度这一项能力上要显著优于文科学生，其他方面两者无显著差异。大三学生时间管理能力显著高于其他各年级学生；大二学生总体时间管理能力，特别是在个体时间管理意识维度上显著低于其他各年级学生。不同类型的学校的大学生总分和各项因子分上无显著差异。说明不同类型的学校大学生时间管理能力无明显差异。89972
