摘    要本文通过对大学151名社会工作专业大学本科生进行问卷调查，整理和分析了社会工作专业学生的专业认知状况，并从专业认知与专业发展的关联、高校社会工作专业学生的专业认知状况及其特点、影响社会工作专业学生专业认知的主要因素以及社会工作专业学生专业认知的缺失及其后果四个方面进行研究,发现社会工作专业学生的专业认知呈现认知度中等、认同感偏低、认知层次性以及认知行为动力不足等特点，究其原因，主要是社会、学校、个人等多个层面的因素综合作用的结果，专业认知的缺失势必影响社会工作专业的发展。90110

This paper sorts out and analyzes the present situation of professional cognition of social work undergraduates through performing a questionnaire survey to 151 social work undergraduates from the Hangzhou Normal University in Zhejiang province。 And this paper argues and proposes from the following four aspect, the relation between professional cognition and professional development, the current situation and characteristics of the professional cognition of social work undergraduates, the major factors influencing the professional cognition of social work undergraduates and the deficiency and effect of the professional cognition of social work undergraduates。The survey shows that social work undergraduates who lack hierarchical cognition and incentive of cognition have poor professional cognition and sense of identity。The main reason leading to this present situation are the combined influence from multiple aspects,such as society,university and inpidual。If the deficiency of professional cognition was indulged without actions,the development of social work profession would certainly backfire。
