摘要:在教育活动中, 教师的教育行为起关键作用。它是教师素质的外化形式, 是教师素质的集中体现,主要体现在教师的外部行为中。积极的外部行为有利于幼儿的教育与发展,而消极的外部行为则会对幼儿教育产生负面影响。而幼儿们也是通过观察教师的外部行为来理解老师的要求,学习知识,发展能力,养成良好的品质。本研究主要采用的方法是观察法、访谈法,以及文献资料分析法,来研究周口市T幼儿园教师的外部行为:主要包括教师的观念、态度、技能和在日常生活中的表现等。通过对教师外部行为的分析,找出幼儿教师教育行为中不合理因素,并且借鉴国外一些国家的优秀经验,进而提出行之有效的建议,旨在改善幼儿教师教育观念,提高专业素养,转变不合理的教育行为以及外部行为,提升教师的教育水平从而促进幼儿教师的专业成长。 39403

The study to the external behaviors of kindergarten teachers external ——Take the kindergarten T in ZHOUKOU for example
Abstract: During the educational activities,the teachers’ educational behaviors play the key roles.They are the exterior and concentration expression of the educators’ quality and mainly embody in their external behaviors.Those positive behaviors will favor the education and development of every child,but the negative ones are not.Through observing these external behaviors,children get to understand teachers’ request,learn the knowledge,develop their capacity and foster good qualities.what mainly used in this paper is the methods of observation,interview and documentary analysis,aiming to study the external behaviors of preschool educators in kindergarten T in ZHOUKOU.Those behaviors includes the main ideologies,attitudes ,skills and their ordinary performances of those educators in their daily life. Thus we can discover unreasonable factors existing in their external behaviors by adapting good experience from some other counties.The object is to have educational ideologies improved and the professional qualities enhanced so then the irrational education behaviors can be transformed and the total educational standard would continue to raise,thereby the growth of every kindergarten teachers’ specialties can be promoted.
