摘 要 学科教学知识(Pedagogical Content Knowledge,PCK)是由美国学者舒尔曼(Shulman)于1986年提出的一个概念。PCK事实上是教师个人独一无二的教学经验,教师特有学科内容领域和教育学的特殊整合,是教师对自己的专业理解的特定形式。当前教育改革强调教师个人的专业素养,而要提升教师个人专业素养,最迫切的最核心的就是提高教师个人的PCK,在这样的大背景下,笔者通过查阅文献发现研究关于幼儿语言领域PCK的研究少之又少。但基于其他领域PCK的文献,发现关于PCK的研究大多用了个案研究法,所以本论文基于舒尔曼提出的学科教学知识的理论为基础,沿用前人多数运用的研究方法,以访谈法、实物分析法调查了杭州市一省一级幼儿园骨干教师对此理论的了解情况。一个优秀的、专业的幼儿教师应当具备PCK,希望本研究可以丰富幼儿教育领域对学科知识的认识。90341
本研究通过个案研究法、文献研究法对两个不同类型的教师进行研究,以非正式的访谈和实物分析法分析了她们的教案、教学策略、对幼儿的了解情况,发现个案教师在语言课教学过程中有许多可取之处,但也存在一定的问题,往往对教学过程中所要传授的经验不明确,针对这个现象,笔者从新手型教师和熟手型教师两个方面得出了一些启发,希望以此促进新手型教师与熟手型教师相互学习,共同进步。
