摘    要 本研究以杭州市部分幼儿园教师为研究对象，采用问卷调查的方法，重点对我国幼儿园教师语言风格进行研究，以达到丰富我国学前教育理论，促进学前教育事业发展的目的。研究发现：1。幼儿园教师语言培训力度小；2。教师语言风格偏向于亲切活泼类型；3。教师塑造语言风格遇到的自身问题多过环境问题；4。幼儿园教师塑造语言风格具有多种途径。据此，本研究建议：1。加强教师塑造语言风格的专门培训；2。提高教师塑造语言风格的主观能动性；3。促进教师在教学实践中塑造语言风格；4。拓宽教师塑造语言风格的途径。90408

The objectives of investigation was based on portion of kindergarten teachers。 To enrich the theory of theory of preschool education and increase the development of preschool education, researchers handed out questionnaires to measured the linguistic style those teachers use。 The investigation indicate that: 1。 Most of teachers didn’t have enough language training。 2。 Most of teachers’ language style are always warm and bright。 3。 The affection of environment is the main factor that caused teachers’ language style。 4。 There’s many different way to form the language style。 Thus, the result of investigation shown us:1。 Teachers must take training class of language style。 2。 Increase the subjective initiative of the language style that teachers shaped。 3。Promote teachers' using of language in real practice。 4。 Broadening the channels that teachers used to developed their language style。源Q于W优E尔A论S文R网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
