摘    要 家园合作是现在幼儿园教师和家长比较重视的问题，搞好家园合作就意味着可以处理好与家长之间的关系，对教师的教学过程实施有重大的意义。家园合作在幼儿园的教育工作开展中是不可或缺的一部分,它不仅有利于提高幼儿园的教育质量,也为促进幼儿身心全面发展提供一条有效的途径。本研究使用问卷调查法、个案分析法和访谈法，以杭州市某一幼儿园为例，发现以下问题：1部分家长不信任教师；2家庭内部教育观念不一致；3家园合作流于形式；4家园合作缺乏计划性。针对这些问题，提出以下几点建议：1建立有效的家园合作模式；2合理沟通；3增强合作意识；4让家园合作活动有计划性；5互联网等手段在家园合作的运用。90446
