旅游管理专业本专科教育差异性研究

摘要：旅游管理专科教育与本科教育因不同的教学计划及不同侧重点的人才培养目标，因此在一些方面存在差异：课程体系设置上的专业课及公共课程的比例不同，对实训课程的不同重视程度以及师资力量的差距等；培养目标方案方面完全不同的两个类型的市场人才面向，导致学院的培养重点各有不同；就业适应情况方面的满意度，就业率和单位满意程度也各有差异，学生自身的发展方向也大相径庭。旅管本专科教育处方面的教育方式的差异各有所长，应相互补充和借鉴，可在专业特色，实践课程及学生心理素质方面改善本科教育的不足之处。85686
