摘要：思想政治教育学科是学校学科教育的组成部分，它对学习者人生观、世界观、 价值观的形成有着重大意义。而随着社会的快速发展，信息时代的来临，传统的课堂教学 已不能满足学生的需要，此时“慕课”的出现为课堂教学迸发出新的活力。值得注意的是， “慕课”在运用过程中产生了转变课堂主体、推动教学方法灵活多样化、丰富教育教学资 源、改进教学评价和学生考核方式、实现个性化反馈等正面效果的同时，也显现了一些负 面效果。例如学生学习主动性不足、教学质量难以得到保证、教学模式运用不当。而如何 提高“慕课”的实效性，将“慕课”与中学思想政治教育课有机结合值得我们进一步研究。 90644

The Effectiveness Research of MOOC in High School Ideological and Political Education Classes
Abstract: The subject of ideological and political education is a part in school discipline education, it is significant to the formation of students’ outlooks on life, world views and values。 But with the development of the society and the coming of the information age, the traditional teaching is no longer satisfied with the needs of students。 At the moment, the appearance of MOOC is bringing new vitality to teaching。 Significantly, MOOC has positive effects that
change main body in the classroom, promote flexible and varied teaching methods, enrich the resource of education and teaching, improve instructional estimate and the way of students’ checking, realize inpidualized feedback during the course of the use。 But at the same time, it also appears some negative effects。 Such as a lack of students’ initiative of learning, a short of guaranteed teaching quality and improper model of instruction。 So how to improve the effectiveness of MOOC and make MOOC combine with High School ideological and political education classes are worth researching further。

随着信息时代的来临，网络的普及，为各行各业的发展带来了机遇和挑战。而教育行 业，作为培养人才的主要行业也在原有的基础上进行不断的改革。在不断的改革与发展中， “慕课”这个词开始出现在我们的视野，并以较快的速度风靡起来，受到大多数人的欢迎。 在教育部 2015 年工作要点中明确提到，加强“慕课”建设、使用和管理。[1]在最新的教 育部工作要点中也提到以教育信息化扩大优质教育资源覆盖面，并提出开展系统性精品在线开放课程公共课等举措。而如果说信息技术的发展和国家政策的号召为“慕课”引入中 学思想政治学科教学提供了外部原因，那么传统思想政治教育课堂的落后则是其内部原 因。“慕课”在一定程度上解决了传统课堂教育教学资源分配不均、教学评价和学生考核 方式简单化、学生课堂参与性不高和重视度不够等问题。值得注意的是，“慕课”的运用 也产生了一些负面效果。而如何提高“慕课”在中学思政课堂中的实效性，消除其负面效 果成为我们要研究的问题。
一、“慕课”与“慕课”实效性的内涵
“慕课”作为一种新型的课程，凭借它独特的优势受到大多数高校、中小学的青睐。 那么“慕课”到底是什么呢？我们将从“慕课”的内涵和发展过程来了解“慕课”，并针 对“慕课”实效性问题进行探讨。
