男幼师培养现状调查研究

摘要：随着学前教育事业的发展和幼教改革的深入，更多的男教师进入学前领域已经成为发展趋势。本研究以淮阴师范学院学前教育专业在读男幼师为研究对象，通过问卷法和访谈法进行调查研究。研究发现，男幼师呈现职业价值观较稳定、对未来职业期望度较高以及培养实效性较好等特征，但男幼师的培养过程中存在传统课程制约、“女性化”教育环境等亟待解决的问题，并提出完善教学内容、优化教学方法和加强男幼师实践能力培养等改善建议。91769

Abstract：With the development of the preschool education and the preschool education reform, more male teachers in preschool education has become a trend。 In this study, Huaiyin Normal University preschool education majored in male teachers as the research object, were investigated through questionnaires and interviews。 The study found that male teachers showed more stable occupation values, for the future occupation the high degree of expectation and to develop better effectiveness and other characteristics, but the cultivation of male teachers in the traditional curriculum constraints, "feminine" education environment to be solved, and put forward the teaching contents, optimizing teaching methods and strengthen the practical ability of male teachers to improve the proposal。

男幼师是经过专业培训，在学前教育机构从事幼儿教育等工作的男性。当下，随着国家全面实施一对夫妇可生育两个孩子政策，学前期儿童数量不断增加，学前教育事业受到前所未有的高度关注。学前教师团队的培养也成了备受关注的话题，学前男教师作为学前教师团队中的特殊群体，也吸引了大量的关注。根据教育部相关文件，2014年江苏省学前教师队伍约11万人，其中男幼师比例不足１%，许多幼儿园长期无男教师。江苏省计划自2014年起5到7年内，江苏每所公办幼儿园将保证至少有一名男幼师，且必须实际带班，使男幼师在整体幼师队伍中的比例上升到8%到10%。男幼师培养现状调查研究:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_199316.html
