摘  要：幼儿园男教师对幼儿的发展有着女教师不可替代的作用，但是幼儿园男教师稀缺的现状依然严峻，男女幼师比例悬殊。本文采用个案的质性研究方法，通过观察法和访谈法，从男教师的父母、朋友和男教师自身三个不同层面，对3位幼儿园男教师展开个案研究。分析他们的现状，了解到他们的入职适应状况整体良好，但仍然存在困惑。针对幼儿园男教师面临的困境，认为政府提高工资待遇、社会淡化传统观念、男教师提高自身素质等都是良好的策略。91768

随着时代的发展，幼儿园男教师的教育地位逐渐被认可，男幼师的数量也在逐年增加。男性教师身上独有的阳刚、坚毅、勇敢、果断等优点，可以弥补幼儿因在女性主导的教育局势中存在的个性发展的不足。
