摘 要：自主性是人个性的一方面，主要是指主动性和独立性，即不依赖他人，自己主动负责的个性特质。幼儿的自主性发展，是幼儿在追求自我的过程中，获得的独立、自主、能动的发展。角色游戏是一种高度自主，受教师干预较少的游戏类型。中班幼儿处于自主性发展的关键时期，在中班角色游戏中促进幼儿的自主性发展，具有必要性和可行性。本文在观察和分析中班幼儿案例的基础上，针对角色游戏中幼儿自主性发展的问题，提出教师可以通过角色游戏创建，角色游戏行为指导，角色游戏自主评价体系建立以及营造班级氛围，促进师幼互动的行为，促进中班幼儿的自主性发展。93592

1 引言
随着幼儿个性发展在学前教育中的价值被不断发掘，幼儿的自主性越来越受到人们的重视。角色游戏是深受中班幼儿喜爱，自主性极强的游戏形式之一。中班幼儿的自主意识相较于小班有提高，具备了初步的角色认知和理解能力，此时促进幼儿的自主性发展，有利于幼儿自主、独立的个性养成，为大班及以后的自主性发展打下基础。然而笔者在幼儿园中班实习的过程中发现幼儿角色游戏中的自主性受制于角色游戏区角设定，师幼互动，教师指导等因素未能得到充分发展。因此本文以中班角色游戏为突破口，在案例分析的基础上，初步探究如何在中班角色游戏中促进幼儿自主性发展。 中班角色游戏中的幼儿自主性发展问题初探:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_201464.html
