家校合作机制现状分析和提高协调性对策

摘　要：家庭是孩子的第一所学校，家庭教育是学校教育的前提，而学校教育则是家庭教育的延伸及补充，所以家庭教育和学校教育相辅相成，密不可分，为人才的培养及发展提供良好的环境。良好的家校合作对孩子的发展非常重要，随着现代教育观念的进步，教育水平日益提高，家长与学校对家校合作的重要性有了一定认识，但在实际的家校合作中也存在着一些问题。94693

因此，笔者在对国内外已有的研究成果进行分析研究的基础上，以实习所在学校为研究对象，通过实地的调查，分析家校合作的意义及家校合作机制协调性现状中存在的问题。并研究发现影响当前小学家校合作机制协调性的原因，如：家长的家校合作意识不强、很多家长“重智轻德”、家校合作方式过于单一等。针对这些问题，笔者通过对一线教师及学生家长的观察和访谈，从学校和家长两个角度，总结出相关对策，如学校加强家校合作宣传、增强对教师的培训，家长提高自身素质等。从而提高家校合作机制协调性，给学生一个更加和谐的学习、生活环境，促进人才的全面发展。
