摘 要：大班幼儿正处于身体和心理的高速发展期，有效的户外体育游戏组织对大班幼儿的各方面都具有重要的影响。但是从它的组织现状上来看还存在一些普遍的问题，如：内容安排不合理且计划性弱；游戏的场地和时间得不到保证；材料的数量、种类少且改造更新不及时；组织形式单一；缺乏有效的指导等等。这些问题导致了大班幼儿户外体育游戏的实效性有所降低。为此，教师应当加强反思和总结，并在游戏的实施中有计划的选择适合大班幼儿的游戏内容，满足大班幼儿对游戏时间和场地的需求，提供丰富的游戏材料以及选用多种组织形式，并给予每位幼儿具有针对性的指导，最大程度的帮助大班幼儿发展动作、增强体质。93843

Abstract: Children of five to six years are in the developing period of both physical and psychological in high speed。Effective activities of outdoor sports game will be vital and essential to their every aspect。 But in eyes of the current situation of organization, it still exists some common questions, such as :Unreasonable content arrangement and weak planning;The place and time can’t be guarantee ;The number of materials and the kind of it is few and always updated not in time ;The organization form is single and lack of effective guidance and so on,These problems lead to their pragmaticality of outdoors games going down to some extend。 For this purpose,teachers ought to strengthen introspection and conclusion,prepensely choose the correct content of games that suitable for those children when you are playing with them,satisfy those in need of time and place in your class as much as possible,you can provide abundant game materials and variable organization forms to them,also give everyone targeted guidance in this process。You should help them develop their action and strength their physique。

1 引言
1。1 问题的提出
为了促进幼儿身体、心理的双向发展，户外体育游戏则是教师常会选用的教学组织方式。特别是针对即将升入小学的大班幼儿，他们的年龄逐渐增长，自主性、自控力也逐步提高。通过组织适合的户外体育游戏，便能让他们在玩中学，学中玩。但随着户外体育游戏的普及，教师在组织过程中的问题也就日渐凸显，导致幼儿在游戏中不能获得充分的发展。笔者通过查阅多篇文献资料，发现了一系列在大班幼儿户外体育游戏组织过程中存在的普遍问题，并深入探讨更为有效的组织策略，促进全体幼儿的发展，不断提升户外体育游戏的教育价值。 大班幼儿户外体育游戏组织的问题及对策:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_201776.html
