浅析我国农村中学的生存现状问题

摘要：农村中学教育作为连接小学与高中教育的桥梁，是教育链接上的重要一环。其发展的好坏不仅关系到学生自身的发展，还影响到新农村建设及整个国家综合国力的提升。针对宜阳县高村乡石村中学的生存状况进行调查，发现目前农村中学存在硬件设施不足且隐形危险突出、师资力量薄弱且师资队伍不稳定、生源人数不足且生源质量较差等现状令人堪忧，引人深思。在此基础上，从教育主管部门、学校管理部门、学校师资力量和农村家庭等方面分析农村中学生存难的原因，并提出了一些有针对性的可行性对策。希望对改进农村中学的教学质量及改善生存状况有一些帮助和借鉴意义。31705

Situation Analysis of Rural Middle School Survival

Case Study
    Abstract: Secondary education in rural primary and high school education as a connecting bridge, is an important part of education links. Its development is not only related to the quality of the student's own development, but also affected the promotion of new rural construction and the whole country's comprehensive national strength. In this paper, the living conditions of Yiyang County High Village Ishimura middle school investigation found that the current existence of rural school facilities inadequate hardware and invisible danger prominent, weak teachers and teachers instability, lack of students and the number of very poor quality of students status quo worrying, thought-provoking. From education authorities, school administration, school teachers and rural households analyzed in terms of the survival of rural secondary schools reasons for the difficulty, and put forward some feasible countermeasures targeted.We hope to improve the quality of teaching in secondary schools in rural areas and improve the living conditions of some help and reference.
