摘要：家庭是幼儿生活行为习惯形成的最重要场所，父母是孩子的启蒙老师，因此幼儿生活行为习惯的形成主要是受家庭教养方式的影响。基于此，该文通过观察法、问卷调查法，针对观察商丘A幼儿园中班幼儿生活行为习惯及进行问卷调查进行研究，主要从家长教养态度以及家庭教养方式对幼儿不良生活行为习惯的影响进行问题的分析，如溺爱型家庭教养方式下成长的幼儿不能独立整理好自己的物品、偏食挑食等；放任型家庭教养方式下成长的幼儿饭前便后不主动洗手、经常不能安静入睡等；专制型家庭教养方式下成长的幼儿不知道简单的求助方法等现象进行现状分析，以此分析形成问题的成因，并提出父母坚持适度，理性的爱、采取民主型家庭教养方式、父母加强与子女的沟通、家长加强与幼儿园的沟通四种解决问题的策略，为家长在家庭教养中转变不正确教养方式提供借鉴，更好的促进幼儿良好生活行为习惯的养成。36903

The Influence of Family Upbringing on Children's Life Habits and the Instruction Strategis
Abstract: Because family is the most important place to children’s life behavior habit formation and parents are the first teacher of children, so their life behavior habit formation is mainly affected by family upbringing. Based on this, through the observation method and questionnaire survey method, the author has observed the student’s life habits at A kindergarten in Shangqiu. The author mainly analyze the influence of family upbringing attitude on children's bad living habits. For example, children can't tidy up independently their own items under the overindulged family upbringing environment, children will not wash their hands after launch and can’t sleep well under the “do anything as you like” environment, and children do not know how to get others’ help under authoritarian family upbringing environment. Then the author analyze some reasons of these problems, and put forward to parents insist moderate and rational love,take a democratic family upbringing method,parents to strengthen the communication between parents with their children, and patriarch to strengthen the communication with the kindergarten, so as to solve the problem. By doing this, the paper can give some suggestions for parents, and parents can better promote children's good habits of life.
