摘要：课堂导入指在一开始上课时，教师为了引起学生的注意，激发学生的学习兴趣，以最佳状态进入新的教学环节或教学内容而通过引导、激发等多种方法促进教学活动顺利进行的一种教学行为。课堂导入是课堂教学的起始环节，对于提高课堂教学的有效性具有重要作用。然而，笔者在教育实习中通过观察发现，小学课堂导入存在严重问题，主要表现在导入时间不合理、导入方法选择不当以及导入衔接不紧凑等。究其原因，在于小学教师对导入环节的重要性认识不足、导入设计能力欠缺、教学经验不足以及教学态度不端正。因此，要提高小学课堂导入效果，需要教师提升自身的专业素养，深入了解课堂导入环节的功能。要加强教师的教学设计能力培训，能够合理设计导入环节。加大加强教师教学反思，增进教师教学经验。还需加强教师职业道德，端正教师的职业态度。48598

Research on the Problem of Primary School Classroom Introduction
