小学语文课堂师问生答互动方式新探究

摘要：课堂互动是课堂研究无法回避的问题，尤其新课改背景下，更加注重“以人为本”和“以生为本”的教学观，当前对于课堂互动国内外相关研究已实现师问生答、生问师答、生问生答全覆盖。但笔者认为这些只是从主体变换角度来研究，并未更加纵深化。笔者在教育实践中根据所思所想，以师问生答这种目前课堂最常见的互动方式为着入点，以其为理论依据，着重对其中的“答”做出一个补充，也就是‘你举手，他回答’。传统师问生答的答主要有学生“自己举手回答”或者“教师指名回答”，通过研究发现这并不能满足广大学生发展成长需要，很容易造成学习差距拉大。“你举手，他回答”互动方式可以更好响应“以生为本”的教学观，顺应新课程改革趋势。笔者主要以所在实习学校于庄小学六年级为研究对象，以观察法、访谈法为主要研究方法，通过长期观测发现“你举手，他回答”，切实有效地弥补了传统师问生答的不足，对提高边缘学生和害怕举手学生的课堂参与积极性这一“师问生答”互动方式有一定帮助。49697
