摘要：本文从小学教师职业生涯发展的现实出发，以淮安市清河小学为研究对象，通过问卷，访谈等方法调查了解小学教师的职业生涯发展状况，分析小学教师的主观能动性，专业发展基础，人际交往以及学校的制度文化层面的支持程度，家庭成员支持程度，社会关注程度等因素，有针对性的提出了小学教师自身要增加自主性和主动性，学校要创设良好的校园文化，建立发展性评价制度，创设小学教师职业生涯发展生态环境等促进小学教师职业生涯发展的策略。55698

Abstract: with the deepening of the new curriculum reform, new students view, teaching view and so on various aspects shift in thinking makes elementary school teachers' career development is faced with many difficulties and obstacles. In this paper, starting from the reality of elementary school teachers' career development, to Huaian Qinghe elementar school as the research object, through questionnaires, interviews and other methods to understand the elementary school teachers' career development, analysis of primary school teachers' subjective initiative, professional development, interpersonal situation and evaluation system of the school, such as the support of family members, social factors such as the degree of attention, strengthen the autonomy of the development of the primary school teachers is put forward, to create a good campus culture to implement developmental evaluation system, primary school teachers real humanistic care and understanding support such as primary school teachers' career development strategy.
