摘 要：教师的整体形象是指教师的外表和内在素养, 它包括教师的衣着、举止、姿态等一系列外部表现，以及专业素质、自身气质等内在修养。小学教师的仪表将直接影响学生对教师的第一印象。教师的着装同样影响着学生的审美和情绪。这些都会影响到学生性格的发展。教师的整体形象不仅对学生性格有影响，对自身的发展也有很大影响。课题运用调查法、观察法 、实验法，提出小学教师的整体形象内涵及对小学生性格养成的影响因素，结合小学生心理特点及行为习惯，分析小学教师整体形象对小学生性格养成的影响因素，并提出改进的策略。71435

1引言
