摘要：焦虑是指幼儿和抚养者之间分离时所表现出的一种不安情绪和行为。入园焦虑是分离焦虑的一种。对于刚上幼儿园的小班幼儿来说，入园焦虑是非常普遍的一个现象。本文通过分离观察法、访谈法对小班幼儿入园焦虑现象进行了分析，表现为哭闹、重复句子、人际交往困难、不正常吃饭睡觉、依恋自带物、自我封闭等现象；分析出小班幼儿产生入园焦虑的原因包括生活环境、生活习惯发生变化，家长教养方式、自身年龄特点和教师方面等多种因素，并有针对性地提出了相应的缓解策略。82464

Analysis of the Strategies and Phenomenons of Anxiety of Going to Kindergarten for Children in the Bottom Class

-taking J kindergarten in Zhoukou City as an example

Abstract:The anxiety of going to kindergarten is one of the dissociative anxieties arethe disturbed mood and behaviors expressed by children when they separate from their parents。 It is an usual phenomenon for children who has just started the kindergarten to exist the anxiety of going to kindergarten。 Through the methods of observation and interview, the paper will analyze of the anxiety of going to kindergarten for children in the bottom class, which is performed by crying, repeating sentences, communicating with others difficultly, sleeping and eating abnormally, attaching to the things brought by themselves and unwilling to participate the collective activities。 Besides, it will analyze of the reasons of this anxiety, including environment, changing of habits, the educational means of home, the characters of age, teachers and so on, and provide some relieved suggestions。

一、入园焦虑概述
