摘要：从1999年开始我国高等院校大量扩招，高校毕业生人数急剧增多，大学生面临的就业压力越来越大，2003年开始国家提出积极发展学前教育，这对学前教育专业的毕业生来说既是机遇又是挑战。本文运用问卷调查法以学院本科为例，对学前教育专业毕业生就业取向特点及问题进行研究，并提出相应的解决策略如：国家制定相应制度促进城乡均衡发展，高校加强职业生涯教育，家庭应改变家庭观念，个人要提高自我综合素质等。希望本研究可以对毕业生就业取向提供一定的参考和借鉴。 82489

On Characteristics and Problems of Pre-school Graduates’ Employ-ment Intentions--from normal university undergraduate
Abstract:There comes greater trouble in graduates’ employment, which results from all of the higher educations broadening the scope in enrolment since 1999 and the graduates’ number always increasing rapidly。 Moreover, our country proposed to actively develop pre-school education in 2003, which provided both an opportunity and a challenge to pre-school graduates。 With questionnaires method, the paper takes Normal University undergraduate as an example, studies the employment intentions of college graduate in pre-school education major, probes the characteristics and problems of their employment intentions, and proposes some appropriate countermeasures, such as, the government formulates appropriate systems to promote balanced urban and rural development, the institutions of higher learning strengthen career education, the family change their concepts, and graduates improve their integrative qualities。 This study may provide a reference for the employment intentions of graduates。

学前教育专业毕业生就业取向特点及问题研究
--以学院本科生为例
