摘要：如今，由于幼儿教育越来越多元化，现代化且被赋予更多的价值和功能时幼儿教师这一群体受到人们越来越多的关注，这也使幼儿教师职业压力越来越大。鉴于此，本研究以探讨市幼儿教师职业压力的现状为目的，通过搜集分析国内外相关文献研究、问卷调查、运用统计等方法对市幼儿教师职业压力进行调查，从社会、幼儿园、教师自身三方面进行现状分析，并在研究的基础上提出相对应的建议:国家要重视幼儿教师群体的发展，提高社会福利与待遇；幼儿园要进行民主化管理，改善工作环境和条件；幼儿教师要有自主学习意识，并学会正确面对压力。82488

Investigation on the current situation of preschool teachers' occupational stress
— Taking city as an example
Abstract: Nowadays, due to the early childhood education more and more persified, modernized and is given more value and function of preschool teachers in the group by more and more people's attention, which also makes preschool teachers' professional pressure is more and more。 In view of this, this study to explore status of preschool teachers' occupational stress in City for the purpose, by collecting analysis domestic and foreign literature research, questionnaire survey, using statistical methods such as investigation of City preschool teachers' professional pressure, from the three aspects of the community, kindergartens, teachers situation analysis, and corresponding suggestions are put forward on the basis of: national pay more attention to the development of preschool teachers, improve social welfare and treatment; and the kindergarten should for the democratization of management and improve the working environment and conditions; preschool teachers to have autonomous learning consciousness and learn how to correctly face pressure。
