摘要：文化事业和文化产业是我国文化建设的两个重要组成部分，推动社会zhuyi文化大发展大繁荣需要二者相互促进、互动发展。当前在我国文化事业和文化产业的互动发展中，在文化体制、市场机制、人才培养、技术创新等方面还存在着制约二者良性互动发展的因素。需通过文化体制创新，理顺市场关系，加大人才培养力度，提倡鼓励技术创新等方面来实现文化事业和文化产业的协调互动发展，进而推动我国文化建设的大发展大繁荣。84777
